Event Description: Make plans to join Renewed and Veritas Collaborative for a complimentary CE credit lunch & learn featuring Dr. Jennie L. Lacy, PhD. Dr. Lacy is a clinical psychologist that specializes in working with families of individuals with eating disorders, as well as the neurobiology of eating disorders. She has extensive specialization in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Maudsley Family Therapy, and several other forms of family based treatment for eating disorders.

Topic: “Integrating FBT and DBT Techniques in the Treatment of Eating Disorders at All Levels of Care”
Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this activity participants will be able to:
- Summarize the main components of DBT and FBT
- Identify opportunities to introduce DBT and FBT skills into family therapy at inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of eating disorders care
- Apply DBT and FBT skills in group and individual family therapy role-plays
CE Hours: 1 CE hour will be available for NBCC, NASW & TAND attendees. Certificates of attendance will also be available.
Renewed has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6850. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Renewed is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs. This program qualifies for 1 NBCC hour. You will receive a certificate for the number of hours you attended.

Event Description: This award-winning conference is geared towards professionals who treat eating disorders or those interested in learning more about the treatment of eating disorders. The purpose of the conference is twofold: 1) to offer continuing education to professionals in the field and 2) to foster a collaborative networking experience for professionals and/or graduate-level students interested in the treatment of eating disorders and related conditions.
