Classes meet on Thursday evenings from 6:15-7:30pm on the following dates:

February 2, 9, 16 & 23
March 2, 9, 16 & 23
*Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to set-up before class.

Free of charge. Participants are invited to join BalancED at any point during the year. Participants are required to bring their own yoga mats.
A one-time registration form is required for all BalancED participants prior to their first class. Once you have registered, there is no need to register again – you may attend as many classes as you’d like by just showing up!

Meet the Instructors
Kristen Kabutan received her yoga certification through Sanctuary Yoga in 2012 after many years of practicing and truly seeing the transformative impact that yoga can have on a person’s life. She also completed her certification in Trauma Informed Yoga in February of 2016. Kristen uses yoga and breathing techniques to assist people with self-regulation, awareness, mindfulness and cultivating peace.
Anna Pace, MS, RD, LDN, has been practicing yoga since 2005. Anna became a certified yoga instructor through Kali Yuga Yoga in the fall of 2014. She is trained in restorative, hot and vinyasa yoga but no matter what style, Anna aims to inspire the dance between your body and breath. In addition to her love of yoga, Anna is also a Registered Dietitian.
