Welcome to BalancED Chattanooga!
Classes meet on the second Saturday of each month from 10:30-11:30am EST throughout the year.
Classes are currently meeting via Zoom.
Free of charge. Participants are invited to join BalancED at any point during the year.
A one-time registration form is required for all BalancED participants prior to their first class. Once you have registered, there is no need to register again – you may attend as many classes as you’d like by just showing up!

Meet the Instructor
Lauren Higgins, MS, R-DMT, RYT-200 is a certified yoga instructor and a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist with a Master of Science in Dance/Movement Therapy. Lauren has additional certificate training in prenatal/postnatal yoga and yin yoga and has taught adaptive yoga in chairs for those who are more comfortable in chairs.
