Class Schedule

Classes meet on Thursday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm throughout the year.

Class Location

Classes are currently meeting via Zoom.

Admission

Free of charge. Participants are invited to join BalancED at any point during the year. Participants are required to provide their own yoga mats.

Registration

A one-time registration form is required for all BalancED participants prior to their first class. Once you have registered, there is no need to register again – you may attend as many classes as you wish.

Meet the Instructor

Kristen Kabutan received her yoga certification through Sanctuary Yoga in 2012 after many years of practicing and truly seeing the transformative impact that yoga can have on a person’s life. She also completed her certification in Trauma Informed Yoga in February of 2016. Kristen uses yoga and breathing techniques to assist people with self-regulation, awareness, mindfulness and cultivating peace.
