Event Description: This award-winning conference is geared towards professionals who treat eating disorders or those interested in learning more about the treatment of eating disorders. The purpose of the conference is twofold: 1) to offer continuing education to professionals in the field and 2) to foster a collaborative networking experience for professionals and/or graduate-level students interested in the treatment of eating disorders and related conditions.

Event Description: Make plans to join Renewed and Veritas Collaborative for a complimentary CE dinner featuring Dr. Preeti Matkins, MD, FAAP, FSAHM & Dr. Anna Tanner, MD, FAAP, FSAHM, CEDS! Dr. Preeti Matkins is the Executive Director of the Veritas Collaborative Charlotte treatment center. She is a board-certified pediatrician with 25 years of experience, eight of which have been spent providing care for children and young adults impacted by eating disorders. Dr. Anna Tanner is a Vice President of Medical Services for Veritas Collaborative. She is a Board Certified Pediatrician who has spent the last 20 years of her career working with complicated adolescent patients with a special emphasis on treating patients with eating disorders.
Presentation Topics: Dr. Pretti Matkins, MD, FAAP, FSAHM will be presenting on, “The Medical Complications of Eating Disorders” and Dr. Anna Tanner, MD, FAAP, FSAHM, CEDS will be presenting on, “Discovering Food – Treating ARFID at Higher Levels of Care.” All professionals within the healthcare field are welcome to attend.
